Butt modelling as plastic surgery procedure

It's good to see you at Czech Republic Plastic Surgery Clinic!

Needless to say that buttocks are one of the sexiest body parts. Nothing seems more attractive to men than women's backsides in tight jeans.

A girl with a cute little round bottom is sexually active, albeit material and unkind. Symmetrical wrinkles underneath the buttocks stand for reliable, steady and calm individuals, whereas asymmetrical wrinkles expose selfish and greedy people.

Many consider well-formed buttocks to be sexually attractive. However, the definition of "well-formed" is not fixed, as sexual aesthetics of the buttocks vary considerably from culture to culture, from one period of fashion to another and even from person to person.

Butt Modelling involves the surgical insertion of artificial implants into the buttocks in order to enhance their size and shape. Before the advent of fat grafting the technique employed the use of solid silicone implants, which is still used by some today.

Butt Modelling is frequently sought by women who are unhappy with the size of their buttocks. Some feel their buttocks lack shape, while others want to have a more sensuous backside by making them larger and rounder.

Butt Modelling is usually quite successful at making the butt larger and shapelier. This has helped many women gain that more sensuous appearance.

For those that have had underdeveloped buttocks, Butt Modelling can now provide them with a more proportionate figure. Not only has this helped enhance their appearance, but also many have gained a boost in their self-esteem and self-confidence.

An incision may be made in any one of the following places: where the cheek meets the back of the thigh, or down the buttock crease. The incision is usually made in the buttock crease, where scars are not noticeable. However this area does carry a high infection risk.

Some patients may desire more fullness over the buttock area and in this particular case, we could transfer the removed fat to the buttock. During fat transfers, the fat is placed deeply in the muscle in several different layers so as to create a smooth augmentation without irregularities.

Sometimes, the doctor performs liposuction in order to further enhance the shape of the buttocks. The use of fat grafting has revolutionized Butt Modelling. It is simpler to perform, with a usual operative time of 1.5 hours. It has minimal pain and discomfort postoperatively, and requires minimal recuperation.

The great news about fat is that the results can be extremely natural and it is your own body substance. There is no chance of rejection since there is no foreign material in your body.

The fat is injected through two very small incisions and is carefully layered through tunnels throughout the buttocks. In 30% to 35% of the patients a repeat fat grafting is necessary because of significant absorption of fat. However, it is unlikely that further fat grafting beyond the second treatment will be necessary.

An important consideration for buttock fat grafting is the availability of extra fat in different parts of the body. While fat is usually in abundance, there are patients in whom there is no extra fat available.

Skin quality will determine you need a buttock lift too together with liposuction with or without implants. The difference between these procedures will be the extent of scaring. If you have poor skin quality and a droopy buttock, then a buttock lift may be needed.

After performing the same procedure on the other buttock, the doctor makes sure the buttocks are symmetrical and look natural. Then surgeon stitches up the incisions.

Most likely, the anesthesia you receive will be general, although some doctors use a local anesthetic along with a sedative. Anesthesia type should be discussed with your doctor during the initial consultation.

Buttock implant surgery usually takes about two to three hours to complete. The length of the procedure varies according to the technique used, the placement of the implants, the patient's anatomy, and type of anesthesia used.

When you wake up you will feel tired, sore, and stiff. It is important to take the medication prescribed to you by your doctor. Someone will need to drive you home, and you may need assistance at home over the next couple of days.

Your surgeon may prescribe an antibiotic and an anti-inflammatory medication to be taken after the surgery. It is a good idea to have these prescriptions filled beforehand.

You will have a compression garment on after surgery to provide support, which should not be removed for the next few days following surgery.

Rest is important to the healing process, so do it as much as possible following your procedure. Drink plenty of fluids, and be sure to take the doctor's prescribed medications.

Most likely, you will be able to resume calm, quiet work within a few days to weeks following Butt Modelling surgery. You should still avoid physical exertion for several weeks, depending on the advice of your doctor.

The stitches will come out within a week to ten days, but swelling may continue, gradually subsiding over several weeks. As the swelling subsides, the results will become more apparent.

You will probably be able to resume exercise and normal physical activities within a month or two, when the soreness has subsided. Recovery varies from patient to patient and depends upon the technique, type of implant, and site of placement that the doctor uses, as well as the level of activities in your daily routine.

The best candidates for Butt Modelling are: 18 years of age or older; In good physical health; Psychologically stable; Wanting to improve their appearance; Realistic in their expectations; Having this surgery for the first time.
